The World Health Organization suggests that all travelers enter the country vaccinated against typhoid fever, yellow fever, rabies, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, and COVID-19. While these are not mandatory, they are recommended for your own safety.

If you are coming from South America or have recently visited South America, must present a certificate of vaccination against yellow fever. Be sure to get the yellow fever vaccine at least 10 days before your trip. If you do not have the vaccine, you may not be allowed to board your flight to Honduras.
